Fujian Zhongde Energy Co., Ltd. is located in Jiangyin Gangcheng Economic Zone, Fuzhou. The existing project has an annual production capacity of 100,000 tons of biodiesel. The existing project covers an area of ​​about 97975.28m2; it can be divided into east and west parts according to the building function. It is the production area, from north to south, there are boiler room, spare parts warehouse, esterification workshop, raw material tank area, alcoholysis refining workshop and finished product tank area in order from north to south. The west is the living and office area and auxiliary production area, the southwest of the factory is the office and living area and the transfer warehouse, and the northwest is the land to be built and a sewage treatment station. The production waste water generated by the existing project is introduced into the sewage treatment station through the pipeline for treatment, and is connected to the municipal sewage pipe network together with the domestic sewage, and is led to the sewage treatment plant in Jiangyin Industrial Zone for treatment; the production waste gas is collected and discharged to high altitude; production Effective noise reduction measures such as sound insulation, vibration reduction, and reasonable layout are adopted for noise; all solid waste can be cleaned, transported and disposed of.

This project plans to rebuild and expand the annual output of 20,000 tons of fatty acids, 10,000 tons of dimer acid, 10,000 tons of polyamide resin, 5,000 tons of alkyd resin, 5,000 tons of water-based and alcohol ester series inks, 15,000 tons of polyurethane resin, 10,000 tons of treatment agent, and 20,000 tons of diluent project. The total investment of the project is 101 million yuan, and the total investment in environmental protection is 4.16 million yuan. After the completion of the project, the total labor force of the plant is 110, and the annual work is 300 days, with three 8-hour shifts per day.
